Science and technology for mineral exploration

We need minerals to grow food, generate electricity, and build things. But discovering mineral deposits is getting harder and more expensive. The MinXAI lab in the Department of Earth Sciences at Carleton University combines advanced geoscience research with artificial intelligence and other technologies to develop new ways of making mineral exploration more effective.
